Terms and Conditions Of Returns:

  • Any goods returned as not required may be subject to a restocking charge. To obtain the value of the restocking charge in advance of any return, please contact our returns team by email at providing the details of the product and original purchase invoice. Any restocking charge will be applied to the credit issued in line with our terms and conditions of sale.
  • Credit will be refused on any goods returned in a condition other than stated below and appropriate carriage charges will be invoiced directly to the customer.
  • Any carriage charges incurred by Phoenix from a result of products not being available for collection when our carrier attempts to collect will be invoiced directly to customer.
  • Collection will only be made from an address of the account holder and not that of an end user/consumer.
